Are you planning a team-building activity with your class - or a summer end with your sports team? Come and visit us!
Fangene på Fortet have 35 different cells with different challenges. Here you have to work together in teams of 3 - 5 participants to solve the many tasks that await you. When there are several teams, it becomes a competition to see who can complete the most challenges and score the most points.
It's a great "get-to-know-you" activity that also strengthens cohesion in the class or team.

We also have long tables that serve pizza and soft drinks if you want to finish off with something to eat. Here you can exchange experiences, discuss the rooms and find out who had the most creative solutions.

Prisoners at the Fort is an indoor classroom activity where students solve varied tasks in small teams. The tasks are designed to allow different types of students to contribute, as some thrive on logic and problem solving, others on practical and physical challenges.
This creates commitment, mastery and a natural sense of teamwork. We dare to say that the best school classes are the ones that become a team, where everyone cheers each other on and lifts each other up.
Our tasks are designed to build this kind of collaboration and team spirit.
The cells are highly varied, and the tasks test everything from tactics and technique to physics. You'll encounter challenges involving balance, coordination, memory, logic and smart solutions. The teams choose which rooms they want to try along the way.
This makes the activity particularly suitable for school classes, as students get to utilise their different strengths. No-one is best at everything, but everyone can contribute something.
The class is divided into teams (often 3-5 participants) and each team works together to collect points by solving different challenges. When several teams play at the same time, it becomes a friendly competition that creates positive energy, without you having to organise a lot yourself.
Along the way, you can keep track of points and progress, and afterwards it's natural to gather the class and summarise which rooms were the most fun, which strategies worked best and what was learned about collaboration?
You choose the duration, and the difference is mostly about how many cells you have time to try. Many people choose 2 hours as a good “middle of the road” length, but you can also choose a shorter or longer time, depending on your schedule, travelling distance and the size of your class.
A good tip is to allow a little extra time before and after for attendance, team organisation and a joint finish.
We recommend regular, comfortable clothes that are easy to move around in. Some rooms are more physical, others more mental and teams can customise the level by choosing rooms that suit the group.
If you have younger participants, it may be a good idea to have an adult on the team. The goal is for everyone to feel safe, included and have a good experience, regardless of level and experience.
Many school classes like to end with a relaxed social part after the activity. You can gather the class around a long table and round off with pizza and soft drinks, share highlights and create a nice joint ending.
If you want to serve food, it's a good idea to plan this in advance so that the end of the event runs as smoothly as the activity.
